"Way too expensive for what they actually offer"
This just wasn’t worth it for me. The price felt way too high, especially when all I kept hearing were vague promises about how great it would be without any real details to back it up. I expected more for the money and ended up disappointed.

"Way more relaxing than I thought..."
I was expecting it to be a little uncomfortable, but it was actually super comfy. No stinging, no weird pain, nothing like that... it just felt really relaxing the whole time. I’d definitely do it again.

"Staff was polite, but the answers were all over the place"
My experience with the staff was kind of mixed. Everyone was polite enough and no one was rude, but I felt like they were trying to rush through my questions. What bothered me most was that I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to, which made the whole thing more confusing than it needed to be. Overall it was okay, but I expected things to feel a bit more professional and clearer from hydrafacial.com

"Nice, but uh, it faded fast"
I got a Hydrafacial and my skin looked really fresh that day, and maybe for the next couple of days too. But after that, it kind of went back to normal quickly. It did feel good and my face definitely felt cleaner, but uh, for the price, I was hoping the glow would last a bit longer. Not bad overall, just not as amazing as I expected

"Still dealing with the same blackheads"
I went in twice hoping it would make a difference, but my blackheads looked the same afterward. I was already feeling mentally drained from trying to fix my skin, so it was frustrating to not see any real improvement.

"Really helped calm my redness"
My skin gets red and irritated so easily, so I went into this a little nervous. I found a place through hydrafacial.com and the whole thing was way smoother than I expected. By the next day, my skin looked calmer and there was no weird burning or reaction. Based on this one experience, I’d say it’s probably a solid choice for anyone who deals with redness like I do.

"Kind of okay, but way too pushy"
The visit wasn’t terrible or anything, and the staff seemed nice at first, but I felt pressured the whole time. It felt like every few minutes there was another upgrade or extra service being pushed on me. Maybe that works for some people, but I just wanted a simple experience without feeling like I had to keep saying no. Overall, not the worst, but also frustrating.

"Clean clinic, surprisingly decent experience"
I went in for a hydrafacial last week, the clinic was really clean. The waiting area was tidy and calm, which was nice because some places like to call themselves a spa while looking like a storage room, apparently.

The treatment room was also clean, with fresh towels and a machine that actually looked like it was being taken care of. The staff wiped everything down before starting, which I appreciated, always lovely when basic hygiene isn’t treated like an optional extra.

I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to wait past my appointment time, which was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall, it felt safe, clean, and professional enough that I’d probably go back.

"Not the best reaction after my HydraFacial"
I got a HydraFacial last week the treatment itself felt really nice and the staff was fine. But about two days later, my skin broke out with a bunch of small bumps. I’m not sure if it was purging or just how my skin reacted, but I didn’t love the outcome. I know everyone’s skin is different, so other customers might have a totally different experience, but for me it wasn’t the result I was hoping for

"Fine lines look a little softer"
I’ve had a few HydraFacial treatments now, and I do think the fine lines around my eyes look a bit softer. It wasn’t some dramatic overnight change, which I wouldn’t expect from a facial anyway, but my skin does feel smoother and fresher. The only reason I’m taking off a star is that the results faded a bit after a few weeks, so it seems like something you’d need to keep up with if you want the benefits to last.

It looked really nice when I first put it on, so I was hopeful. But by the next day, the glow had pretty much faded. Maybe it works better for others, but for me it didn’t seem to last very long.

"I didn’t notice any brightness"
I was hoping for at least a little glow, but I didn’t really see anything, like, my skin looked exactly the same the next day. I kept checking in different lighting and still nothing. For the price, it just felt like I spent a lot of money and got basically no results.

"Nice package, but scheduling could be smoother"
I booked a 3-treatment package through my local spa after finding it on the site, and overall I’m happy with it. The facials were really nice, and my skin did feel cleaner afterward, at least to me. The only slightly annoying part was trying to reschedule one of the appointments, it wasn’t a huge deal, but it could’ve been a bit easier. Still, I’d say it was a good experience overall.

I do like the treatment info, it was helpful and easy enough to understand. But the customer service took a few days to get back to me, and I had to follow up twice. Annoying like I just wanted a simple answer.

"Honestly, the serums feel really nice"
I’ve been using the serums and, they feel really good on my skin. The booster helped my face look a little less dull too, which I definitely noticed. It’s not the cheapest, but I can see why people are into it
